Absolutely the best chicken parm you will ever eat. Places like this are rare these days The owners have been running the day to day for over 20 years. Know matter what you order its all made fresh on the spot and will be DELICIOUS.

This place deserves 3 stars. The service is INCREDIBLE. Nora is amazing, nicest woman ever and she takes her time with every single person. It does get busy at times. Waits can be from 5-15 minutes. But the quality of the food is very mediocre. My home fries are not even cooked good. My turkey bacon looks sketchy & the eggs are good I guess lol. French toast I got was good portion though. Food could be way better. I know it’s busy but cook all the food good please. Especially for take out

Food is well priced on point and huge portions. The nicest people own this place and it's a local business that should be supported by community. Whether it's dinner lunch or breakfast Noras is awesome. Bacon burger is out of this world.

Avenel's best kept secret. Waitresses are perfect super attentive without hovering.You are never rushed everything is prepared perfectly. They are super accommodating, great variety of wonderful specials... love this place!

We've never had a better experience for breakfast or dinner. This is a friendly place, small but good food and lots of it. Every dish come out twice the size you would expect. The veal parmigiana had three pieces of veal and 3/4 pound of spaghetti with it. Almost every diner had a take home bag after eating. The food is very good and the price is also. You can feed three with their dessert cake as well.

Great breakfast. Bacon, bacon, bacon. French Toast is awesome. Eggs area always fresh. Omelets are massive with 3 jumbo eggs. Bring an appetite and a friend. Owners can get pretty nasty. Too much food.

Been going here for over a decade. I always order and pick up. Great breakfast! Bacon and egg sandwiches and pancakes with sausage are awesome! Lot of food! Me and wife actually have to split the sandwiches because they are so large. Nora is super friendly and such a nice woman! Big believer in supporting local businesses. Place is always very clean.

No matter what I've chosen to eat here, the portion sizes are insane. My niece and I both ordered fettucine alfredo and we could've only ordered one because there was so much. My favorite thing to order was the italian hotdog, which had three hotdogs, potatoes, onions and peppers. I could only eat half and the rest was for the next day. Sometimes because they use styrofoam containers, some of the foods can get mushy - like french fries. But good little place!

Support small local business, and you won't be disappointed!! Friendly service, huge menu, very large portions! Their onion rings are perfectly cooked, you bite into them and it's pure yumminess!! Cheeseburger is not some frozen Patty, but fresh chopmeat, and huge! Their breakfast is amazing!! Pancakes, French toast, home fries, homemade cornbeef hash are all outstanding!! If you are a Taylor Ham fan try their Eight slice sandwich! Nora really cares about pleasing her customers! If you like dessert, she's got that also.

This is a quaint little place, they have all different kinds of dishes. no matter what you order you're going to be pleasantly surprisedby the quantity of food you receive and it tastes really good 😋 and to add it's at a reasonable price. This is a must go place. Now serving dinner or lunch.
